We are looking for a nuanced and balanced sour ale. For a more nuanced acid and increased complexity, we like to expect an ale that is not acidified at all, or only partially by lactobacilli. However, this is not a requirement. Flavoring is optional. Styles: Gose/ Lichtenhainer, Saison or other sour beers
