We are looking for a young, fruity and flavourful wine with hints of cherry, blackberry and ripe strawberries with clear spicy notes of herbs and a little hint of pepper and chocolate. The wine can be a small hint of toasted barrels, but it is not a requirement. The wine should not have tangible hints of vanilla, blueberry or other primary fruit.
