We are looking for a complex, nuanced wine typical of its grape variety and origin. It shall be flavorful in a contemporary style with a spicy note, toasted oak character, hints of dark cherries, currants, sage and cocoa. The wine should not be perceived as jammy. Wine must have a dark, deep red color.
