We are looking for a golden yellow to copper-colored classic west coast IPA with clear maltiness, medium to high bitterness and with hop tones for pickled citrus fruit, pine needles, resin and grass clippings. We are not looking for a modern west coast IPA with lower bitterness and hop tones that attract tropical fruit.
