We are looking for an elegant, fresh and fruity wine with notes of yellow apples, citrus and a small aromatic hints of tropical fruit. Wine must have a long and nuanced aftertaste. If the wine has any oak character it must be well integrated. The wine may not be experienced as fiery or bitter.
