We are looking for a modern, flavorful, grape-typical wine with hints of pepper, smoked charcuterie, bay leaves and dark berries. The wine can have elements of oak barrels, but this is not a requirement. The wine should be characterized by a cooler climate style. (Organic certified or certfied with HVE3, Vignerons Engagés (VE) or Terra Vitis (TV))
