SOS Pudu by Erazo | Vintage 2022
Nuanced, berry flavour with hints of wild raspberry, smoky mineral, cherry, fresh herbs, blueberry and strawberry. It will be a perfect pairing with vegetarian or light meat dishes, cheese cold cuts, pasta Bolognese or lasagna, especially eggplant lasagna according to the winemaker. Should be served at 14-16°C.
