Clairault Margaret River by Clairault | Vintage 2020
Clairault Streicker is a family-owned grower and wine producer based in Margaret River, located on the rugged south-west coastline of Western Australia. At Clairault Streicker they believe that winemaking begins in the vineyard. With abundant water catchments, beautiful undulating landscapes, naturally biodiverse bushland, and soil that is exceptionally suited to premium viticultural use, their four vineyards are well-situated to produce fruit of uncommon quality.
Nuanced, fruity taste with barrel character, and hints of black currants, chocolate, plums, dark cherries, violets and coffee. Best served at around 18°C with grilled dark meat dishes.
