Tuatara APA and Forester Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Today is not only a good day because the sun is shining on us here in Stockholm; but we are also launching two new products at Systembolaget. A Pale Ale from New Zealand and a Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River in Australia.

Tuatara APA

It all started when Tuatara was brewing an APA (American Pale Ale) and ran out of American hops (!). As a result they turned to a more local solution and created a New Zealand version of the American Pale Ale: Aotearoa Pale Ale. Tuatara’s Aotearoa Pale Ale (APA) is brewed solely with New Zealand hops, giving it the distinctive tropical fruit aroma and flavour profile that has made New Zealand craft beer so globally popular.

Forester Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Forester Estate is a family owned vineyard in Yallingup, which is located north of Margaret River in Western Australia. Margaret River is known for its hot and dry summer as well a cold and wet winters which results in this well balanced and fruity wine with a subtle oak character as well as hints of black currant, chocolate, plums, coffee and herbs. The wine can be enjoyed straight away or kept for up to 10 years. A perfect wine for the barbeque season!

We hope you will enjoy these two new additions to the Swedish monopoly just as much as us!

Cheers!
